Reviews
I have avoided this play for years, due to the ending. This year I am producing three of Shakespeare's plays in shortened form, which is no easy feat. I happened to find one of Nick's versions and read further. Finally my assistant director and I both ordered the script and I read it in one sitting. Nick's edits made it easy for me to follow and see the humor, and he also offered great ideas on concept and staging. I am using his edit in our production, along with R/J and Hamlet. Thank you Nick!!!
